Former residence of the abbots of Citeaux, the Château de Gilly is located in the heart of the Grand Crus of Burgundy between Dijon and Beaune.
Our gastronomic restaurant, “ Le Clos Prieur”is in a magnificent burgundian stone cellar from the 15th century and will allow you to discover our refined cuisine as well as our 15 000 bottle wine cellar. In our bistro “ Côté Terroirs” you can enjoy great quality, simple cuisine and taste our wines by the glass with your meal.
The Château de Gilly has 48 rooms decorated with detailed, an elegant guest house is located in the garden “ à la Français” independent of the Château.

Welcome to the farm Fruit rouge, Isabelle and Sylvain Olivier producers of black currant, raspberries, strawberries, cherries and peaches of vineyard(vine). All their harvest is transformed and marketed by their care in the ancient buildings of the farm, classified in the rural holdings.
