The Ferme des Vallées is located in the deep valley of Chevreuse, at 45 kms from Paris, at the crosspoint of the castles of Versailles, Rambouillet and Breteuil and on the land of the Abbey of the Vaux de Cernay. Since 1998, these buildings have been restored and have been brought back to life, even though the monks are no longer there, in a different way their work remains present.
