Some tables are set for dinner at the Saint-Laurent each evening. Instead of menus and wine lists, our guests enjoy a meal created by our chef and inspired by the best of the day's produce from the market. Pride of place goes to local produce and fresh fruit and vegetables, reflecting the change of seasons. The evening's menu remains a surprise until just before guests sit down to eat: that's what gives dining table d'hôte style all its charm and originality - a far cry from all the rules and restrictions of modern dining.

Le Palais des Papes
The skyline of Avignon is a magnificent urban landscape. Overlooking the city and the Rhône river, the Rocher des Doms presents an exceptional set of monuments including the Saint Bénezet Bridge (the famous Pont d'Avignon), the Ramparts, the Petit Palais, the Cathedral and the impressive walls of the Pope's Palace flanked by four mighty towers.
